By registering for an account or using the APIs and dashboard of Elept, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the platform.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform APIs and developer dashboard. You must not use the platform for storing illegal materials, distributing malware, or sending unauthorized spam downloads. Violation of usage rules will result in immediate account suspension.
Pricing tiers and storage quotas (storage capacity, monthly bandwidth, requests limits) are defined in your active plan. Exceeding plan quotas may block further file uploads. Accounts are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Quota upgrades take effect immediately upon price confirmation.
The platform is provided "as is". We make no warranties on file storage persistence or constant uptime, although we leverage highly stable S3 compatible infrastructure (Cloudflare R2, Backblaze B2). We shall not be held liable for any data loss, service interruption, or security breach arising from unauthorized API key exposures.
